Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and seals intact. Please note that due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for items with clear quality issues (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent). For change-of-mind returns, please contact our customer service for review.

We offer free returns. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. No restocking fees will be charged.

Refund Process
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days.
- The refund will be issued back to your original payment method (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, PayPal).
- Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Non-returnable items
For health and safety reasons, certain perishable goods (such as food items) may not be eligible for return unless due to a quality issue on our part.
